Mayree Clark, Founder and Managing Partner

Mayree Clark is an experienced independent director who works with both public and private companies. Mayree serves on the Supervisory Board of Deutsche Bank AG (the German parent), where she chairs the Risk Committee. She also serves on the board of Ally Financial, the largest digital bank in the US.

Additionally, Mayree is a Trustee of the Wikimedia Foundation (which operates Wikipedia) and Chairs the Wikimedia Endowment Finance Committee.  She is a director of the Tricycle Foundation and is a life member of the Council on Foreign Relations. She was a founder of Stanford Women on Boards, is a member of its Executive Leadership Team and is co-author of its Leading-Edge Stewardship series.

Mayree grew up in Oklahoma.  She earned her undergraduate degree from the University of Southern California and her MBA from Stanford.

Luc Maynard, Investment Analyst
Luc Maynard joined Eachwin Capital in 2023. Prior to joining, Luc worked as an investment banking analyst at Wells Fargo. He spent time on both the Corporate Finance Advisory and Sustainable Finance teams. Previously, he interned at Gabelli Asset Management in Merger Arbitrage and Equity Research. Luc graduated Magna Cum Laude with a B.S. degree in Global Finance and Business Economics from Fordham University.

Karin Madden, Office Manager and Executive Assistant
Karin Madden joined Eachwin Capital in 2023 and serves as Family Office Manager. She has over 20 years experience working as an Office Manager and Administrative Manager in various industries. Prior to joining Eachwin, she worked at McDonald’s Corporate, Modivcare, Guggenheim and Shumway Capital. Karin holds a B.S. degree from Keene State College, in Keene, N.H.


Elaine Hoogkamp, Special Assistant
Elaine Hoogkamp has been with Eachwin Capital since its inception and currently serves as a special assistant. She has over 18 years of experience in Office and Administrative Management in the finance industry. Prior to that, she worked in the administration of New York State Governor George E. Pataki in varying roles. Elaine is a graduate of the College of Saint Rose in Albany, holding an M.A. Degree, and Plattsburgh State University College, where she earned her B.S. Degree.
